Really had really comfortable stay for winter time. Very impressed with double room with balcony. Good and great location so close to the centre of Lugano, the cable car station to Mt and restaurant; early check-in. Also, near to the lake.
No elevator at all.

It was near Lido di Lugano and Lugano for location and the exhibition center and the lake shore, good and great location overall. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like La Rucola that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

Nice location, a railway station was walk from our hotel. There was a lake and a park walk from the place. the breakfast was GOOD and sensational, with variety of meals.
